THE NEXUS STANDARD

Anyone can list on the big directories.
Here, you have to earn it.

Every Trusted Trades partner clears the same four checks before a single homeowner sees their name. If the fundamentals aren’t there yet, they don’t get listed.

  1. 01

    Apply

The business applies and tells us who they are, what they do and where they work.

  2. 02

    Business check

We review the fundamentals: a real website, a professional email, a Google Business Profile and a current brand.

  3. 03

    Mystery shop

Maria calls as a real customer to see how the business answers, quotes and follows up.

  4. 04

    Test referral

One real referral goes out first. Only after it’s handled well does a partner earn Trusted status.

    TRUSTED STATUS

Partners who fall below the standard are removed from the directory.
