What we do

The Trusted Trades Program is a directory and referral network of independent home service businesses that have completed the Nexus vetting process. We introduce homeowners to partners. Partners are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.

Your agreement is with the partner

Any quote, contract, payment, warranty or work is between you and the partner you hire. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the work performed, although we take feedback seriously and remove partners who fall below the standard.

Vetting

"Nexus Verified" means a business completed our application, business check, mystery shop and test referral at the time it joined. It is not a guarantee of future work. Please confirm licensing and insurance for your specific project before hiring. [Final wording to be confirmed.]

Partner memberships

Membership fees, billing terms, cancellation and refunds are set out in the partner agreement provided after an application is approved. [To be confirmed.]

Using this website
